We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and unopened

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must be in the same condition as received

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items that have been opened, used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

To qualify:

The item must be unused and unopened

The item must be in original packaging with tags

Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Banks or credit card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction
